cleanup the workstation ostree package set
...
after a irc converastion with Ray Strode it was decided that these
packages are not part of the workstation ostree and should not be
installed.

Another round of package additions

This adds all the packages to the list that were missing in a
direct comparsion of rpm -qa on the Workstation live image and
the ostree image. I've also resorted the list alphabetically.
