44883daf24 Fix problem with systemd logs not being persisted 
During the boot with ostree, the detection of whether the logs on
the system should be persisted can be confused. Explicitely configure
them to be persisted.

Copied from atomic-ws.

[09:57:15] <dgilmore> apparently the vmmouse is now a kernel drive that
works with libinput

33c8fc286c cleanup the workstation ostree package set 
after a irc converastion with Ray Strode it was decided that these
packages are not part of the workstation ostree and should not be
installed.

70eda3c106 use download.fp.o to download content from 
download.fp.o is part of mirrormanager that redirects to a close by
mirror using geoip

9fe609434f Another round of package additions 
This adds all the packages to the list that were missing in a
direct comparsion of rpm -qa on the Workstation live image and
the ostree image. I've also resorted the list alphabetically.

9a16921b3e Sync up the package list somewhat
